One of the better articles that I’ve read this week on weight-loss comes from Summer Tomato that talks about 9 Surefire ways to Sabotage your Weight Loss. And while these certainly aren’t the only ways that a person can sabotage their weight loss; without a doubt there are some good tips in the article.
